Born in Milan in 1971, married with 3 daughters.
Graduated in Law in 1994 from the University of Milan, he began his professional career in the Personnel Management of RCS Periodicals in 1996, where he stayed for three years. From 1999 to 2005, he worked at Mondadori in the Personnel Management as HR manager of the Periodicals Division. He returned to RCS in 2005 as HR manager of the Newspapers Division. He acquired increasing responsibilities until becoming HR Italy of RCS MediaGroup in 2015.
