Born in Milan in 1971. Married, with two children.
Since March 2016, Andrea has been the Director of Procurement & Operations at the RCS Group.
Graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Andrea comes from GE Capital Interbanca S.p.A., where he joined in 2000 as an Organization analyst and held various roles, eventually becoming Deputy Director of Resources, with responsibility for Organization, IT, Sourcing, Facilities, and Back Office.
With Interbanca's transition from Santander to General Electric, he focused on strategic integration initiatives, organizational efficiency, and outsourcing.
He began his career in 1996 at Bank of America as an FX trader and later worked at IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and CartaSì, mainly dealing with Business Process Reengineering projects, organizational models, and internal control systems.
