The RCS Group’s mission has always been the production and dissemination of culture, information, entertainment, and the promotion of the values of sport.

In organization of sporting events and promotion of sporting values, RCS Group is inspired by fundamental principles of Olympism, as fair play and dialogue among cultures. In addition, the RCS Group is inspired by the main international references and standards, including:

  • the United Nations International Charter on Human Rights, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights;
  • the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights: Implementing the United Nations "Protect Respect and Remedy" framework;
  • the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and its applicable conventions;
  • the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact;
  • the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises;
  • the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Please note that, starting from 2024 fiscal year, RCS Group's Sustainability Report is included within the Annual Financial Report, as required by Legislative Decree 125/2024, which transposed European Directive 2022/2464 "Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - CSRD".
