RCS MediaGroup: non-binding letter of understanding signed with the Finelco group for the development of a radio-broadcasting partnership

Milan, December 21, 2006 – In relation to its multimedia development and consolidation of activities in the radio-broadcasting sector, RCS MediaGroup, owner of Play Radio, and the shareholders of the Finelco S.p.A. group (Radio 105 and Radio Monte Carlo), have today signed a non-binding letter of understanding to assess the possibility of a strategic and operative partnership which provides for the integration of their respective radio-broadcasting activities in the sector, and that would see the two Groups as one of the leading national radiobroadcasting players. This announcement is made also in consideration of certain information appearing in the press today.
