Vittorio Colao appointed Director of Poligrafici Editoriale S.p.A.

Milan, 27th April 2005 - Vittorio Colao, RCS MediaGroup Managing Director, has been appointed Director of Poligrafici Editoriale S.p.A. during the Company Shareholders’ Meeting that was held this morning.

“RCS MediaGroup interest in Poligrafici (9.99% of the capital) represents the most considerable interest our Group has in the publishing sector – said Vittorio Colao – it is strategic within RCS Industrial Plan launched last December and I will therefore directly follow such activity as a contribution to identify and meet the development opportunities for the two Groups that have been successfully working together since 2002.”
