RCS Quotidiani: The ordinary and the extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting

Milan, 20^th September 2004 - The ordinary and the extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of RCS Quotidiani was held today under the Chairmanship of Piergaetano Marchetti and confirmed the appointment of the Directors Vittorio Colao, Paolo Andrea Colombo and Gianfelice Rocca who were co-opted on July 15^th, 2004. The Shareholders’ Meeting likewise decided on some statutory modifications that substantially refer to the recent reforms on company laws.
