RCS Quotidiani - The Board of Directors

Milan, 15th October 2004 - The Board of Directors of RCS Quotidiani was held today under the chairmanship of Piergaetano Marchetti; following the resignations handed in by Giovanni Vallardi from his office as a Director, the Board appointed Vittorio Colao Chief Executive Officer and co-opted Flavio Biondi, CEO of RCS Pubblicità, for the same Board.
