RCS MediaGroup: Shareholders’ Meeting of RCS Libri

Milan, 1 April 2010 - The Shareholders’ Meeting of RCS Libri held today under the chairmanship of Paolo Mieli, acknowledged the resignations of Giulio Lattanzi (who holds charge of Managing Director of the Italian Newspapers division from current date) from all charges and would like to thank him for the activity officiated in these years. The Shareholders’ appointed Teresa Cremisi as Vice chairman (who detains charge of Chairman and Managing Director of Flammarion) invested also with the same managerial powers already assigned to Giulio Lattanzi as Managing Director of RCS Libri.
