RCS MediaGroup: resolutions of the Board of Directors

Milan, June 26, 2007 – The Board of Directors of RCS MediaGroup, which met today under the chairmanship of Piergaetano Marchetti, has resolved some amendments to articles 11 and 21 of the Articles of Association with respect to the already existing methods of appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors by means of list voting. These amendments have been introduced for the purpose of adjusting the Articles of Association to the relevant implementation provisions of Law no. 265/2005 (known as the “Savings Protection Law), as amended by Legislative Decree no. 303/2006, issued by CONSOB on 3 May.
