RCS MediaGroup Press Release

Milan, April 30, 2013 – In addition to what already communicated by the Group on April 29, 2013, RCS MediaGroup announces that today Banca Akros S.p.A. subscribed, as guarantor, a preliminary guarantee agreement for a maximum amount of EUR 10 million. This preliminary guarantee agreement has been signed at the same terms and conditions of the one subscribed by tha other Guarantors (Banca IMI S.p.A., BNP Paribas, Centrobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario e Mobiliare S.p.A., Mediobanca - Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A., Commerzbank AG and Banca Aletti & C S.p.A.). As of today, the total amount of the Guarantors’ preliminary guarantee commitment is EUR 182,5 million.
