RCS MediaGroup Press Release

Milano, 1 June 2016 – Following on from the press release of 18 May 2016, RCS MediaGroup announces that it has received confirmation from all lending banks that they have agreed to the amendment of the existing Loan Agreement within the terms previously communicated.

The Company therefore intends to finalise the amendment agreement shortly.
