RCS MediaGroup: information to the public

Milan, 9 December 2010 – The agenda of the next board of directors’ meeting scheduled for 17 December 2010 will include the approval of resolutions for the replacement of two directors, pursuant to the law and article 12 of the Company’s bylaws. The former Berardino Libonati, passed away on 30 November 2010, and Marco De Luca (elected from the minority list presented at the shareholders’ meeting of 28 April 2009), who has communicated his resignation today. They both qualified as independent directors pursuant to article 148.3 of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct for listed companies has adopted by the Company. They were also members of the Internal Control Committee and Executive Committee, respectively.
