RCS MediaGroup: Flavio Biondi Chairman of RCS Pubblicità

Milan, June 21, 2007 – RCS MediaGroup announces that Flavio Biondi is to assume the role of Chairman of RCS Pubblicità from January 2008, and consequently is to leave his current position as Chief Executive Officer of the Society on 31 December 2007. Mr Biondi will also have other responsibilities within the Group.
