RCS MediaGroup: Clarification regarding rumors

Milan, 7 June 2012 – Further to Consob’s request and in relation to today share trend, with reference to rumors on today’s press regarding the ongoing Flammarion sale process, RCS MediaGroup points out that – following the press release of 25 May 2012 – exclusive negotiation is going on with Gallimard. Although this negotiation is in an advanced stage, currently we cannot determine precise conditions and values of the possible sale.
