RCS MediaGroup Board of Directors: Laura Cioli appointed Chief Executive Officer

Milan, 27 October 2015 - The Board of Directors of RCS MediaGroup met today under the Chairmanship of Maurizio Costa and - having taken into account the considerations of the Appointments Committee and of the Compensations Committee - appointed Ing. Laura Cioli to the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, roles that she will take up within the month of November.

The Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors wish Laura Cioli well in her new roles.
