RCS MediaGroup Board of Directors

Milan, October 31, 2013 - The Board of Directors of RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. met today under the chairmanship of the Director Piergaetano Marchetti, due to Chairman Angelo Provasoli unexpected impossibility to join the Board meeting, and resolve to adjourn the meeting on November 5, 2013.
