RCS MediaGroup Board of Directors

Milan, March 8, 2013 – The Board of Directors of RCS MediaGroup, met today under the chairmanship of Angelo Provasoli, shared the progression of the actions related to the Development Plan 2013-2015.

Regarding the Financial Calendar previously published, the Group announces that the Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve both Group consolidated Financial Statements and RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. proposed Financial Statements as of 31 December 2012 is called March 27th, 2013 and the Annual General Meeting to approve Financial Statements as of 31 December 2012 is called between the 2nd and the 10th May 2013.
