RCS MediaGroup - The Board of Directors

Milan, 14th October 2004 - The Board of Directors of RCS MediaGroup was held today under the chairmanship of Guido Roberto Vitale and acknowledged the resignations handed in by the Directors Paolo Mieli and Nicolo’ Nefri, in addition to those by Maurizio Romiti; the Board therefore co-opted Diego Della Valle, Cesare Geronzi and Jonella Ligresti. The Board likewise appointed Vittorio Colao member of the Executive Committee to replace Maurizio Romiti.
