Publication of the Articles of Association in force

Milan, 21 January 2016 - RCS MediaGroup announces that the Articles of Association in force are available for consultation by the public at its registered offices in Milan, via Angelo Rizzoli 8, as well as on its website www.rcsmediagroup.it (Corporate Governance/Shareholders’ Meeting/2015). The Articles of Association are updated with the modifications resulting from the approval of proposal to grant the Board of Directors, in accordance with the article 2443 of the Italian Civil Code, the authorization to increase the share capital by payment, on or prior to 30 June 2017, in divisible form, for a maximum of EUR 200,000,000.00, including premium, after revocation of the previous delegation conferred on 30 May 2013.
