PRS Radio acquires 100% of CNR Srl from RCS Pubblicità

Milan, 17 December 2007 – RCS Pubblicità and PRS Radio announce that they have signed an agreement whereby RCS Pubblicità will sell CNR Srl to PRS Radio, with effect on 1 January 2008.

CNR – Channel News Radio, radio syndication which distributes advertising and information spaces to a network of regional broadcasters with over 6 million listeners daily, will continue to use the editorial content services of AGR – Agenzia Giornalistica RCS.
