Press Release: RCS MediaGroup Board of Directors

Milan, December 14, 2012 – During the Board of Directors of RCS MediaGroup, convened today under the chairmanships of Angelo Provasoli, the Chief Executive Officer Pietro Scott Jovane illustrated the guidelines of the Development Plan 2013-2015. Given the deepness and the articulation of the Plan, the Board shared the proposal to proceed according to the following steps. The Development Plan 2013-2015, as far as economics and business goals are concerned, will be presented for approval to the Board on December 19, 2012. The approval by the Board of Directors of the whole Plan, including the information concerning the financial structure supporting the Plan, and the presentation to the financial community will take place in conjunction with the approval of 2012 results.
