Press Release RCS MediaGroup: Board of Directors

Milan, September 30, 2013 - The Board of Directors of RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. met today under the chairmanship of Angelo Provasoli. With regard to the divestment of the via San Marco and via Solferino property, the Board empowered the Chief Executive Officer to continue in exclusive negotiation with The Blackstone Group International Partners LLP.

The Board established the Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve Interim Management Statements on the third quarter of 2013 to be held on November 13, 2013.
