Milan, 4 November 2011 - RCS MediaGroup – further to previous announcement regarding that deal – informs that today it has been drawn up the deed for the merger by in corporation into RCS MediaGroup of the following directly or indirectly wholly-owned Italian companies: RCS Quotidiani, RCS Digital, Trovocasa, RCS Periodici, Editrice Abitare Segesta, Pubblibaby, RCS Direct, Rizzoli Publishing Italia, Sfera Editore and RCS Pubblicità.

The legal effectiveness of the merger has been settled starting from the 1st January 2012, as for accounting and tax effects.
