Milan, January 30th, 2003 - HdP informs that the financial statements and the consolidated balance sheet as at December 31st, 2002 shall be available at its registered seat and at the Italian Stock Exchange within 90 days from the closing of the financial year; as a consequence thereof, no data relevant to the fourth quarter 2002 shall be given to the public, pursuant to art. 82 of the Consob Regulation nr 11971/1999.
