Dada group data room opening request

Milan, 13 March 2013 – In relation to the already announced activities of valorization regarding non core assets, RCS MediaGroup S.p.A today asked its subsidiary Dada S.p.A., owned at 54,63% and subject to management and coordination activity, to start the required efforts, also towards its Board of Directors, to provide the interested parties with information concerning the above mentioned stake needed for the due diligence.
