Communication of the total amount of the voting rights pursuant t o Article 85-bis, comma 4-bis, of the CONSOB Regulation no. 11971/1999

Milan, 6 October 2023 RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. announces the total amount of shares representing the share capital and the total amount of voting rights exercisable in the shareholders’ meetings following the attribution of increased voting rights for a total amount of n. 7.794 ordinary shares in September 2023, pursuant to Article 127-quinquies of the Legislative Decree 58/1998 and in accordance to the Article of Association, with evidence of the changes occurred with respect to the previous situation.
