BoD - Expression of interest from Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA related to RCS Libri SpA

Milan, February 18, 2015 – As requested by the Italian financial markets regulator Consob, RCS MediaGroup confirms that its Board of Directors has received an expression of interest from Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA related to the books publishing activities of RCS MediaGroup. The Board of Directors will consider all options in due course.
