Amendment to the Calendar

Amendment to the Calendar for the Meeting of the Board of Directors and for the Shareholders’ Meeting of  for the year 2014

(pursuant to art. 2.6.2 nr. 1 let. b) of the Regulation of the markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana)

Be informed that, as an amendment to the previously announced financial Calendar (as already pointed out):

-       Meeting  of the Board of  Directors to approve Interim Management Statements on the first quarter of  2014 is scheduled on 14 May 2014

-       Meeting of the Board of  Directors to approve the half-yearly Financial Statements on the first half  of  2014 RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. proposed Financial Statements as of the second quarter of  2014 is scheduled on 31 July 2014
